Q: what to do if you don't have time to submit a submission within the deadline?

A: December 01 of the current year is the end date for accepting submissions for next year's awards. However, submissions are accepted throughout the year and they are taken into account when awarding for the following year.

Q: who is responsible for processing and storing personal data of award candidates?

A: Very important question! According to The policy of the Foundation for social and cultural initiatives regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of the all-Russian public-state initiative "Hot heart", collecting information about personal data subjects, i.e. candidates for awarding with a Badge and Symbol, verifying the authenticity and quality of the information submitted, filling out submissions for awarding containing personal data in electronic form on the initiative's website,:

  • public authorities that support the Initiative;
  • interested public and state organizations; children's and youth organizations and associations;
  • Department for ensuring the activities of the presidential Commissioner for children's rights;
  • Foundation for support of children in difficult situations;
  • offices of Authorized representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in Federal districts;
  • Executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation;
  • individuals, i.e. those who submit a submission electronically on the initiative's website.

These organizations and individuals notify the personal data subjects (candidates for awards) and, if necessary, their legal representatives of the processing of their personal data by the relevant organizations and obtain the consent of personal data subjects (their representatives) to process personal data and provide access to personal data of an indefinite number of persons in accordance with the Federal law "on personal data".

You will be able to fill in data for each of them, and the event description and attached materials will be shared. This will allow you to "not lose" the event participants and reward them.

Q: If there is a second (third, fourth) participant of the event, but he (they) do not study at our school (College,University), do I have to fill out a submission for him (them)?

A: every effort Must be made to ensure that the story of the event and its participants is complete and objective. If there is no data on other participants, please at least list them and indicate possible ways to interact with them, so that it is possible to establish contact later. Otherwise, the main principle of the initiative is violated – non-indifferent attitude to non-indifferent people! These guys are an example for all of us, and we need to know and talk about them.

Q: We want to send multiple submissions from the organization. Do I need to fill in separate views?

A: Yes, separate submissions are filled in for each candidate (group of candidates) and public organization (Association).

Q: what should I do if the candidate's Submission is linked and the candidate fits several options at the same time? Do I need to fill in two views?

Q: why do you need a photo, and even a good quality representation?

A: After receiving submissions on December 01 of this year, there is very little time left for communicating with candidates, rechecking information and preparing a new edition of the Honor book. The book is also published in electronic form and its materials are used during class hours and lessons of Courage in educational organizations of the country.

Q: is it Necessary to describe the event or the results of the project of public organizations in the form of an essay, as it is done in the Honor book?

Q:Why is the 2018 honor book published and the submissions collected for 2017?

A: this is due to the timing of the initiative in 2014. In April 2014, the first award ceremony was held. the book contains stories about the events of 2010-2014, inclusive. In subsequent years, the awards were held in February, but the numbering of books by year remained the same.

Q: are the awards of young heroes held by some public organizations and associations related to the all-Russian public-state initiative "Hot heart"?

A: Indeed, after the first initiative "Hot heart" in 2014 at the all-Russian level, there were awards for children held by the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of emergency situations and the youth branch "Young guard" of the United Russia party as part of the celebration of the day of heroes of the Fatherland, and some others.

These events are one-time awards for children and do not have systematic work during the year. They are not related to our initiative. But the organizing Committee also tries to celebrate these guys and invite them to the profile shift for the winners.
